• Quantum-Era readiness: Mitigating “Harvest Now, Decrypt Later” risks by advocating for Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC).

• Ecosystem autonomy: Addressing the strategic risks of dependency on foreign proprietary platforms for critical digital services and ensuring that core infrastructures remain resilient and jurisdictionally independent.

• Strategic supply chain assurance: Evaluating the geopolitical risks inherent in hardware and vendor dependencies to ensure long-term operational resilience.

• AI governance: Safeguarding the integrity of localized datasets and ensuring AI-driven defenses remain under sovereign control.
